1990:	A petition was lodged against the election of Catchpole, Lebar and Webb for this ward by Harris, but was dismissed. She claimed the use by the Liberal Democrats of a fake leaflet purporting to have been issued by the Labour Party had impeded the electors in the exercise of their franchise.
