1986- 1986(3/7):	Knowles had been born on 21st May 1965 and was therefore under the age of 21 on the date of nomination, and as such not qualified to be elected. When this was discovered after the election, and after she had attained the age of 21, she sought re-election.
1994:	Nudds obtained an injunction from the High Court which permitted him to be described as a member of the Liberal Democrat Focus Team on the ballot paper.
